Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

We ask for a 3-month minimum. After that, it's month to month. Google Ads campaigns need time to gather data and optimize - 3 months is the window where you start seeing what the campaign is really capable of. We'll walk you through what to expect at each stage on the call.

How long before I start seeing leads?

It's standard for any new Google Ads campaign to take a few weeks to gain traction - that's just how the platform works. Google needs time to learn who's clicking and who's converting before it starts spending your budget efficiently. Most campaigns start generating real activity within the first two to three weeks. Volume builds from there as we optimize. We'll give you a realistic expectation for your specific market on the call.

What's included in the investment?

Full Google Ads management, a custom landing page, a custom video for that landing page, and every lead delivered directly to you the moment they come in. No add-on fees.

What if I already tried Google Ads and it didn't work?

That's actually the most common situation we walk into. The problem is almost never the budget - it's the targeting, the landing page, or the offer. We'll tell you honestly what went wrong and whether we can fix it.

How is this different from Zillow or other lead platforms?
